Thank you very much for all your hard work at the trial site.  When I woke up Sat. am (flight delay Friday so did not get home until 12:30am), my coffee was not made and there were no bananas.  I had to drive my own car, go to the store and buy my own lunch.  I had to lug my heavy bag upstairs.  You spoiled us!  Seriously, you did all that and so much more.  I know it was not easy managing us all on top of finding and switching to a new site.  The importance of the logistics and support cannot be underestimated.  Everyone felt like we had a home away from home and the freedom to concentrate on the trial work.  I know I speak for all of us when I say it was also fun getting to know you and Kevin.

I hope you are doing well.  I just wanted to take a minute to compliment the excellent service I (and the entire trial team) received from Donna, Dan, and Ross at the St. Pete trial site.  Although the case settled shortly before jury selection started, the entire LCI team made us feel so welcome and helped us seamlessly adapt to our new environment.  Donna had all the logistics coordinated beforehand, and Ross’ and Dan’s set-up and technical expertise were well-matched for the needs of our trial team.  But the best part of all was how warm and friendly Donna, Dan, and Ross were.  Showing up at the trial site felt like a family reunion when we saw them there.  They really are special people -- I look forward to many more opportunities to work with them in the future.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jesse Francis in the past when we were both at Hunton & Williams. Specifically, he was our litigation consultant assisting in trial preparation and a tral. Jesse was an invaluable asset to the trial tram befor and during the trial. I found Jesse to be very competent technically, an indefatigable worker and a real joy to be around. Even though we weorked long hours in court, we continues to work once the court day was over in order to prepare for the next day. Jesse worked with us and our witnesses every step of the way, often until one or two o'clock in the morning. Throiugh it all, Jesse did not compain or lesses his enthusiam. Rather, he could always be relied upon for unfailing good cheer and humor. Jesse is very skilled technically, but is also able to react to the changing circumstances that inevitably devolop during the course of a trial. This was especially true when we had to deviate from the script during trial and make last minute changes. I could not imagine finding a better qualified litigation consultant.

I would like to share with you my personal observations regarding Legal Concierge and Darren Winward.

When a trial team is focusing on the eleventh hour crunch, the only thing on their minds is the trial. Legal Concierge, and particularly Darren Winward who precisely understands what trial means, are the professionals who will take on the burden of all of the logistics and make smooth the transition for the trial team from their home law offices to the trial locale. I have seen Darren/Legal Concierge in action twice here in Montgomery Alabama; in the summer of 2008 and in early 2009. His work ethic and abilities are truly phenomenal!!

Darren was responsible for hotel reservations, setting up war rooms at the hotel as well as at the firm that hosted out-of-state lawyers. He installed computer cables, connectors, printers, copiers, scanners, telephone systems, to mention a few. He also made numerous trips for supplies, lunches, dinners, events off site, transportation from hotel to airpodaround the city, to and from courthouses, and laundry services. Special meals and dietary requests were complied with and after meals were served, the remaining food was delivered to local shelters.

Darren is extremely responsive and does not waste time on any detail. He is "an army of one" and strives to do his absolute best. In fact, Darren goes above and beyond the norm, and I believe that most people will find his performance to be superb - and always with a smile!!
