I hope you are doing well. I just wanted to take a minute to compliment the excellent service I (and the entire trial team) received from Dan and Ross at the St. Pete trial site. Although the case settled shortly before jury selection started, the entire LCI team made us feel so welcome and helped us seamlessly adapt to our new environment. All of the logistics were coordinated beforehand, and Ross’ and Dan’s set-up and technical expertise were well-matched for the needs of our trial team. But the best part of all was how warm and friendly Dan and Ross were. Showing up at the trial site felt like a family reunion when we saw them there. They really are special people — I look forward to many more opportunities to work with them in the future.
